Bhayani Recruitment is helping sister Company Bhayani Law to recruit a Business Development Executive to join its team based primarily in Sheffield with remote working and travelling as required.
You should have a minimum of 1 year working in a business development role within an organisation that provides professional services. Both those junior into their career who are hoping to enter the legal or professional services sector, and those with significantexperience in sales are encouraged to apply.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with autonomy and flexibility within a forward-thinking law firm with a solid reputation as a specialist in the area offering seamless HR and legal services and support them in meeting their ambitious growth plans.
**Summary of role**
This is a role with the potential to generate a high level of commission on sales across the Bhayani Group services including recruitment, HR and Legal, H&S and commercial business services.
Bhayani Law and Bhayani Recruitment deliver specialist and holistic professional services to individuals, businesses and charities in all sectors across the country. We have offices in Sheffield, Barnsley, Leeds, Leicester and London.
**What will you be doing?**
- Generate new business across our key specialist areas, quote for work through collaboration with our advisors, and close sales.
- Build new business pipelines on our CRM system.
- Develop and nurture our existing client relationships, promoting our other services.
- Respond to new enquiries, speaking knowledgably about our areas of work and services, converting these enquiries.
- Work with senior leaders to plan and execute business development activity (events, workshops, seminars and networking).
- Event planning and follow up.
- Be visible in the markets in which we operate and generate new opportunities through attending events in our key locations and online activity.
- Be proactive in closely observing the market in areas in which we work, looking for opportunities for new business across various sectors.
- Be knowledgeable about our areas of work and services and trends within our field.
**Experience & Qualification requirements**
- Minimum 1 year in a B2B sales or marketing role within professional services that is focused on generating leads
- Experience using CRM systems
- Minimum Level 2 / GCSE grade C in English
- Minimum Level 2 / GCSE grade C in Mathematics
