The practice offers patients a full range of private treatment options, including Smile Makeovers, Specialist Dental Implants and Oral Surgery, Invisalign and a range of General Dentistry procedures.

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
- Starting from: £11.50 per hour

**The role of the Treatment Coordinator**

**Summary of Job role**:

- Be the first point of contact for Private Cosmetic patient enquiries
- Contact patients to discuss treatments we offer
- Seeing patients face to face discussing treatments and finance options available
- Supporting the patient throughout their treatment journey
- Effective communication with all key business relationships
- Be able to cover receptionist duties when required
- Involved in business development growth strategies

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous experience as a dental treatment coordinator or in a dental nursing role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and team members.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Dentally is preferred
- Knowledge of dental procedures, treatment planning, and dental terminology.
- Familiarity with insurance processes and claims management.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Compassionate and patient-centred approach to patient care.

**Salary**: From £27,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Dental Practice: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
