- **Location
- **Wobaston Road, Wolverhampton, WV9 5HZ, Opportunity for hybrid working after a 6-month period
- **Start Date: 25th April 2024**:

- **Pay Rate: £12.71**:

- **Shift Pattern**: 20 hrs per week, 10:00-14:00 5 days per week, 1 hr flexibility in start time and includes 4 weekend days in a 4 week period. ( Training Monday - Friday 10am-2pm for the first 4 weeks)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Managing inbound customer calls relating to accounts and products
- Telephony and admin-based tasks to service customer queries
- Take ownership of customer problems and being able to solve them at first point of contact
- Contribute to an environment where colleagues want to work and where customers feel valued

SKILLS:

- Good oral & written communication
- A positive attitude towards providing excellent customer service which exceeds customer expectations
- Adaptable to change and willing to embrace new ideas
- The passion to put yourself in the customers' shoes, show empathy and be dedicated to resolving their query.
- **There's no need for any previous financial services experience - we'll provide all the training required across a comprehensive 6-week training programme.**_
