We are looking for an ambitious and successful Sales professional to join our expanding Aggregates division in an exciting new position based out of our Coalville Head Office. We need your skills in providing excellent sales to our customer base and your energy to drive forward with new sales both with existing and new customers. It doesn't matter what your industry background is, we welcome your fresh ideas, passion and proven sales capability.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated Internal sales Representative looking to embark on a rewarding career path incorporating external/face to face sales. By joining our team and reporting into the Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our ambitious quest to establish ourselves as the foremost provider of cutting-edge low carbon sustainable building solutions in the UK market.
**Who you are**
- You will have experience of successfully managing existing client accounts ideally within the construction materials industry
- You have a competitive/resilient mindset towards winning new business in line with your agreed targets, implement sales/marketing campaigns, qualify and follow up on leads, promote the full product range to all customers within the territory and review dormant/prospect accounts.
- You have excellent customer relationship management, developing trusted relationships with your key clients by understanding their needs and value drivers in order to identify opportunities to upsell.
- You have the ability to learn about Aggregate Industries current and future product ranges. This is an area where you will receive a lot of support so your current sales background doesn’t have to be within the same industry.
