We have an exciting opportunity for a (Curriculum Administrator) with (experience of administration within an educational setting, either from a School or Further Education background. Experience of support dispersed teams and varying needs as well as support our stakeholders with enquiries and customer service to join our Adults and Future Skills department here at our York Campus.

This role will be working with our Flex and Prince’s Trust Course Managers and Learning Support Assistants, as well as supporting our Curriculum Team Leader and Curriculum Area Manager in the day-to-day administrative function of the department. You will also be supporting and dealing with queries from out stakeholders, providing information and administering their requests.

We are seeking an individual who will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Adults & Future Skills department, administering our Flex and Prince’s Trust teams course administration, supporting the Curriculum Team Leader and Curriculum Area Manager in the running of the team office, maintaining administration supplies, managing the phonelines, dealing with stakeholders and taking their queries, customer service, administration tasks, supporting of external enquiries from learners and the administration of our operational spreadsheets.

Sector experience and knowledge specifically in Outreach and Adult Skills will be beneficial, as will the ability to take clear, concise and detailed notes at all team meetings.

**Main Purpose of the role**

To ensure efficient and effective administrative and secretarial support for the Adults & Future Skills department and its associated educational resources, to collate academic information and statistics and prepare reports.

**Key Tasks / responsibilities**

All tasks to be carried out in a consistent manner with the corporation’s culture.
- To assist in the smooth operation of the department in co-operation with other members of the team
- To assist the administrative workload of the curriculum staff, including dealing with telephone calls, students and visitors.
- To provide excellent customer service skills and support internal and external stakeholders, students and the wider Adults & Future Skills community.
