**Overview**
- Reporting to the Events Manager, the Events Assistant will assist with and support the delivery and operations of all events. The role will focus on supporting the Events team with admin and operational tasks.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Assist with the planning and delivery of global events, ranging from forums, to networking events and awards ceremonies
- Maintaining the company’s global events calendar
- Putting together venue and supplier research when required
- Processing of event booking forms and other event related materials
- Maintain accurate databases for event attendees, speakers, sponsors and suppliers
- Main point of contact for general event enquires
- Assist marketing with the creation of event power points, registration pages and website updates
- Other general admin duties

**Skills and Experience**
- Good organisation and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail
- Good teamwork
- High level of competency with Office suite

**Person Specification**
- A positive can-do attitude
- Ability to manage multiple events at once
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
