Office Assistant

We are looking for a full time **Office Assistant.** Working 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday. Working hours are 8.30am - 17.30pm with 1 hour for lunch. They will operate out of our Shrewsbury base at Meole Brace.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Dealing with customers and making workshop bookings.
- Taking telephone calls and dealing with enquiries.
- Ordering vehicle parts and creating invoices.
- Organising part returns and warranties.
**Required Skills**:
- Previous experience in admin or customer service.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Able to adapt to different tasks under pressure.
- Good team player.
- Excellent oral and communicational skills.
- It proficient with good data entry skills.
- Basic Map and Geographical skills.
**Extra Skills (Non-Essential as training will be provided)**:
- Previous experience with Breakdown + Recovery or the automotive industry.
- Experience with APEX RMS software.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From £9.50 per hour
