Are you a seasoned and compassionate Residential Support Worker with a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of young individuals? Look no further We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our Ofsted Registered Children's Home and contribute to the growth and well-being of the children in our care.

**Role and Responsibilities**:
As an Experienced Residential Support Worker, you will:
- **Care and Support**: Provide high-quality care and support to children in accordance with individual care plans, promoting their well-being and development.
- **Emotional Support**: Foster positive relationships with the children, offering emotional support and encouragement to help them overcome challenges and build resilience.
- **Safety and Security**: Ensure a safe and secure environment for all residents, adhering to Ofsted regulations and maintaining a high standard of care.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including social workers, therapists, and educators, to create a holistic approach to care.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate and detailed records of each child's progress, behaviours, and achievements, contributing to the overall assessment and planning process.
- **Role Modeling**: Act as a positive role model, demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and a commitment to the well-being of the children in our care.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a Residential Support Worker in an Ofsted Registered Children's Home.
- **Qualifications**: NVQ Level 3 in Children and young People’s Workforce
- **Empathy**: A deep understanding of the needs and challenges faced by children in residential care, coupled with genuine empathy.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building positive relationships with children, colleagues, and external professionals.
- **Flexibility**: Adaptability to work in a dynamic and sometimes challenging environment.
