Are you our next Corporate Communications Executive? We are looking for someone who can help us redefine what's possible in our communications team.

We're looking for a Corporate Communications Executive to join our fabulous Communications team. As part of our ‘Grow with Gatwick' initiative you'll be provided with plenty of training and support to ensure you're developing and building your career.

**What is the role?**

We're after a Corporate Communications Executive with a passion for communications, either through studying communications or working in either a communications or corporate affairs team, you'll understand the importance of protecting and enhancing the reputation of the business you work for.

Reporting to the Senior Corporate Communications Manager you'll have the opportunity to work across all disciplines of communications - internal, media and digital. You'll also play a key role in supporting the project management of our corporate campaigns. Whether it be writing a press release, dealing with media enquiries, editing our website or helping organise an internal employee event, you'll get hands-on experience to help develop your career.

We're looking for someone who is a team player and has the ability to manage multiple priorities. You'll be a creative thinker and have first class writing skills to help bring Gatwick's story to life and at the same time use data and insight to ensure that our messages land with our key stakeholders.

**What will you do?**
- Day-to-day you'll be supporting the team with anything from writing social media posts, drafting internal communications, to working on our next big project and helping with media enquiries.
- Continue to develop a first-class planning process for the communications team. Responsible for keeping the plans updated and key deadlines are met and plans are delivered to meet key objectives.
- Support our monthly and campaign measurement and reporting.
- Work closely across our communications team, to ensure that we have a consistent message across our channels.
- Support on key change programmes with project management oversight.
- Research and write press releases, briefing documents, social posts and internal communications.
- Support in press office, including on-call rota.

**Do you have what we're looking for?**
- Experience or have studied communications
- Digitally savvy with a data and insights approach.
- Ideally some CMS, photo and video editing experience.
- First class communications skills, with ability to handle and translate complex and technical information and issues.
- Project management and organisational skills.
- Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
