Duties:

- Assist with the administration of HR programs and processes
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems such as PeopleSoft, Workday, and Taleo
- Handle data entry tasks related to employee information, benefits, and payroll
- Assist with onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions
- Support HR team with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Manage social media platforms for HR initiatives and recruitment efforts
- Provide support in organizing employee events and activities
- Assist with employee communications and announcements

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within an HR department
- Proficiency in using HR systems such as PeopleSoft, Workday, Taleo, or Salesforce
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Familiarity with social media platforms for managing content and engagement
- Knowledge of HR processes and procedures is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
