Site Administrator required for PRAX turnaround, Immingham.
6-8 weeks work
NAECI RATES APPLY
8AM - 4PM Monday to Friday with overtime available and paid at an enhanced rate.
Previous site admin experience is preferred.
**Main job duties**
Management office operations, including maintenance of facilities and equipment.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
Maintain accurate records and documentation, including employee records, absence records and client info.
Completing staff timesheets and site reports
Assist in scheduling meetings
Diary management
General admin duties
Arranging new starter and visitor site inductions
**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 2 months
**Salary**: From £18.05 per hour
Expected hours: 45 per week
Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
