Support Administrator

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator based at our Immingham site, you will provide administration and systems support to management and the operations team. This is a full time permanent position with an excellent salary and benefits package.
Main Duties:
- Carry out administration duties on instruction and ensure deadlines are met accordingly.
- To provide assistance and support to the site personnel, as directed by local management.
- Update the Monthly Wages sheet with any increments or new employees and send to Payroll in accordance with submission schedule.
- Co-ordinate and assist with arrangements for training of employees as directed by the local Manager or authorised deputy.
- Support TES Training and Development Co-ordinator as required to maintain all TES training administration and records accordingly.
- Order and issue safety clothing (PPE) stock under advice of the Safety Co-ordinator, and maintain and update the stock matrix.
- Arrange flights, accommodation and transport for any employees and visitors if requested to do so by Head Office
- Provide admin support to the Management, Supervisors/Team Leaders and Operators.
- Communicate effectively with Head Office, Burntisland and any other offices as required.
- Input Purchase Orders into computerised accounts system.
- Petty Cash and Chequebook reconciliation. Enter data onto computerised accounts system.
- Attend any courses arranged by Briggs/APT to meet operational and / or personal development needs.
