Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate Carer to provide essential support to our residents. The role involves assisting with various daily tasks and ensuring the well-being of those under your care.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide personal care and assistance to individuals requiring support
- Administer topical creams as prescribed and assist with medical appointments
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary requirements
- Escort residents to appointments or outings as necessary
- Offer emotional support and companionship to appointments
- Manage challenging behaviours with patience and understanding

**Skills**:

- Experience in caregiving, hospice care, or nursing is advantageous
- Proficient in medication administration and patient care techniques
- We have a chef, a cook and 2 kitchen assistants who finish at 18:00, so the carers require the ability to prepare nutritious meals and cater to dietary needs, when required
- Skilled in behaviour management and providing emotional support
- Valid driving licence for transportation purposes, is not essential

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 22.75 per week
