Part Time Administrator

Richmond Motor Group are a highly successful, family run multi-franchise group of dealerships. Since we started in 1995 we have won many industry awards, including several from the manufacturers that we are partnered with.
Due to continued success, we are looking to employ an additional part time Vehicle Administrator at our flagship Southampton Dealership to assist our Hyundai franchise. We ideally need someone with experience of the motor trade and the DMS/CRM systems used within the dealer networks, although training can be provided in this area. We are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, who works in an organised and efficient manner.
We are able to offer a high degree of flexibility with this role, and can consider applicants for 2, 3, 4 or 5 days a week over 16 to 30 hours. We will pay £11.44 per hour for this role.
**Responsibilities**:
- Checking vehicle funding with the relevant manufacturer.
- Ordering vehicles sold by the sales teams.
- Liaising with the Sales teams regarding progress of vehicle sales.
- Ensuring systems are updated and accurate by adding vehicles to stock and CRM.
- Checking all part exchange paperwork.
- Allocating registration numbers and taxation for new vehicles and ensuring all paperwork and documentation is completed promptly and accurately.
- Ensuring the correct handover, follow up and prospecting procedures are adhered to.
