**About Our Client**:
Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing financial services organisation headquartered in Chester. With a commitment to excellence, they specialise in providing innovative solutions to their clients. As part of their continued expansion, they are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Payroll Coordinator to join our team.

The Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for:

- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for a diverse workforce, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Calculate and process salary adjustments, bonuses, and other payroll-related transactions
- Stay updated on relevant employment legislation and ensure payroll processes align with legal requirements.
- Prepare and submit payroll tax filings in accordance with regulatory deadlines.
- Maintain accurate employee payroll records and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure timely updates to employee information, including new hires, terminations, and changes in employment status.
- Effectively communicate with employees regarding payroll-related inquiries and issues.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address cross-functional payroll matters.
- Generate and analyse payroll reports to support management decision-making and financial reporting.

**The Successful Applicant**:
The successful Payroll Coordinator will have:

- A proven track record within a similar role
- A strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance.
- Proficient in using payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
