What We're Looking For: As a Sales & Customer Service Specialist at Project Timber on our 11am - 8pm shift, you'll play a crucial role in helping our customers bring their outdoor dreams to life. We're seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual who can:

- **Build Relationships**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their unique needs, preferences, and resolve any questions or concerns.
- **Showcase Expertise**: Be a product expert, guiding customers through our diverse range of garden buildings with confidence and enthusiasm.
- **Provide Exceptional Support**: Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries promptly and ensuring a positive experience throughout the purchase process.
- **Drive Sales**: Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the growth and success of our company.
- **Collaborate**: Work closely with our team to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial inquiry to installation.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in sales and/or customer service, preferably in the home and garden industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A passion for garden buildings and outdoor living.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and a problem-solver
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year (pro-rated if part-time)
