What We're Looking For: As a Sales Specialist at Project Timber you'll play a crucial role in helping our customers bring their outdoor dreams to life. We're seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual who can:
Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their unique needs and preferences.
Showcase Expertise: Be a product expert, guiding customers through our diverse range of garden buildings with confidence and enthusiasm.
Provide Solutions: Offer tailored solutions that meet the individual requirements of each customer, ensuring their satisfaction.
Drive Sales: Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the growth and success of our company.
Collaborate: Work closely with our team to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial inquiry to installation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the home and garden industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A passion for garden buildings and outdoor living.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
