**BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR**

**JOB SUMMARY**

The Business Administrator will undertake a wide variety of tasks to support the efficient running of the organisation on a daily basis.

The Administrator will support all departments within the Community Trust and act as the first point-of-contact for all internal and external communications.
- Carry out general administrative duties such as copying, filing, diary management, and dealing with confidential and sensitive information.
- Deal with all enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and type and distribute accordingly.
- Maintain filing systems, both paper and digital.
- Manage and distribute incoming post.
- Deal with customer complaints and escalate in line with the Trust complaints policy.
- Maintain adequate levels of office resources.
- Help with maintaining the Trust website to ensure all information is up to date and accurate, and support with submitting stories and articles for publication.
- Support with the management of all Trust platforms and databases.
- Log details relating to all accidents and incidents.
- Update noticeboards regularly to ensure that correct information is available to all staff, service users, and visitors.
- Support with all Community Trust marketing and social media.
- Assist Trust staff with the creation, editing, and submission of matchday programme and website articles.
- Collate and create quarterly staff newsletters.
- Manage all room and event bookings for the Trust.
- Provide support with financial processes, including taking and logging cash and card payments, auditing staff expenses, and receipting all income into the Trust
- To support the Administration Manager with PFA requirements for player appearances and evidential documentation.
- Assist the Senior Management Team and Heads of Department with personal administration support.
- Manage the Trusts data storage to ensure compliance with data protection legislation.
- Attend meetings as required.
- Support promotional events and undertake occasional evening and weekend duties as required.
- Other ad hoc duties as required.

Good standard of education, including Maths and English.

Relevant qualification in administration or frontline reception working environment.

Experience of working in an administration department.

Full UK manual Driving Licence.
