**About the Role**:
As a key member of the Commercial team, you will support the business development and sales activities across all business units globally, working with the rest of the team and the CCO to provide support with the generation / preparation of concise reports, KPIs, proposals, social media and marketing inputs. This is a role were detail and accuracy of data is important both internally and externally and is critical to future business success.
You will work within a unique, fast-paced and innovative team, made up of energetic and hardworking professionals, within a rapidly expanding and successful growth-stage business. You will report into the Senior Director, Sales Operations and have responsibility for supporting the wider Commercial Team with a wide range of business-related topics.
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Provide support to senior management, preparation of reports, dept budgets, including marketing, software requirements, travel, etc.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for the Commercial Department.
- Provide administrative assistance to the Commercial Department team members.
- Your drive and tenacity to assist in the preparation of project proposals and supporting commercial documents.
- Assist with regular updates to the company’s CRM system, ensuring that the inputs from the various Business Units are up to date.
- Support in the preparation of regular (monthly and quarterly) Sales Pipeline reports for review with Senior Management.
- Organize and schedule meetings, conferences, and events for the Commercial Department.
- Maintain records, documents, and files related to commercial projects.
- Understanding of the way that social media and marketing activities both online and via events could impact future opportunities for the different Business Units and how best to utilize these.
- Handle general administrative tasks to ensure smooth departmental operations.
**Key Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferrable).
- Proven experience (1 years) as a Business Administrator or in a similar administrative role, preferably in the Commercial department.
- Proficiency in using office software
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Adaptable, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment.
