Tutor/Assessor required Health and Social Care Level 2-3

Trainee or qualified

Required to deliver Aprenticeships in Health and Social Care.

You will be responsible for the delivery of a variety of Apprenticeship programmes and ideally you should have experience in the following areas:

- Workshop delivery, and the confidence to deliver training independently. Current occupational competence to ensure an up to date working knowledge of the relevant framework.
- Good communication skills and a flexible approach with the ability to organise and prioritise own workload are essential.
- Applicants must have their own transport and hold a full clean driving licence

Qualifications will be delivered via eportfolio and blended learning

**Essential skills**

Excellent time management ,communication and digital literacy skills

Good knowledge of legislation,theory and codes of practice

Level 3 Diploma in care minimum

Experience of supervising staff and working in team leader role

Good numeracy and literacy skills

**Preferable skills**

Teaching or assessing qualifications

Ability to deliver induction standards

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 22.5 - 37.5 per week
