Front Office Team Leader

We are currently recruiting an experienced hotel Front Office Team Leader to join the team at Nira Caledonia. We are an outstanding 27 bedroom hotel located within the Stockbridge area of the New Town, Edinburgh. Nira Caledonia is a deluxe boutique property and a member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World.
- Experience of using Opera Cloud or a similar hotel PMS
- Impeccable personal grooming standards
- Exemplary customer service standards
- A high level of concentration and attention to detail
- Fluent spoken and written English, other languages are a distinct advantage
- Team player, problem solving and strong work ethic - can do attitude
- Experience working at a reputable property and managing teams
- Contribute to the senior management team
The position offers a full time contract 37.5 hours per week, hours of work will consist of 5 days out of 7, weekends, public holidays, early or late shifts as required to facilitate a successful operation
