We have an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated senior nursing team in Integrated Medicine and Community Clinical Business Unit at Warrington and Halton Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. We are looking for a specialty Matron who is passionate about leading change and adding value to patient care.

Our Clinical Business Unit consists of General Medicine, Elderly Medicine, Stoke Unit, Frailty Unit, Forget Me Not Unit, Discharge Lounge and Discharge Services. The successful applicant will join the Matron Team covering the CBU and will also have exposure to other specialties on the Trust Matron rota.

The post holder should be an experienced nurse manager who is enthusiastic, dynamic and keen to make a positive impact on nurse training, education, professional development, patient experience, continuously improving key performance indicators and improving the quality of patient care.

This is an excellent opportunity for a registered nurse with managerial experience who is passionate about high standards of patient care to work strategically within a busy Trust and Clinical Business Unit.
