An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a Manchester based Non-for Profit.
The Reception and Facilities Coordinator role will provide administrative support to the Facilities/Health and Safety Manager, maintaining administration systems and acting as first point of contact for tenants and clients.
- Provide administrative support service for the Facilities H&S manager;
- Maintain accurate information on income generated and tenancy agreements, updating spread sheets and raising PO's;
- Producing and updating weekly and monthly reports, identifying performance against agreed facilities targets and budgets;
- Updating tenants’ files and informing the Facilities Manager when leases are due for renewal;
- Arranging and servicing tenants’ quarterly meetings;
- Updating internal systems and controls to ensure the maintenance of accurate records;
- Working with the Finance team to ensure accurate monthly leasing invoicing of tenants;
- Working with the Receptionist to maintain an up-to-date list of all contractors and scheduled services and updating contractors’ files;
