Office Administrator/facilities Assistant

We are looking for an Office Administrator/Facilities Assistant to join our team. You will work closely with the Business Support functions.

**Office Administrator Role**:
- General administrative duties, including assisting the Business Support function
- Using internal systems
- Providing support to the managers with ad hoc duties as and when required
- Taking items between floors for management, and to our other offices, a short walk away
- Accepting deliveries and delegating to the correct places
- Keeping a stock take of office items and organizing replenishment when required
- Making sure meeting rooms are 'meeting ready’ each morning
- Checking the status of clocking-in machines
- Maintaining a tidy reception area
- Creating and maintaining storage systems
**Office Administrator Experience**:
- Be proactive with the ability to work alone at times, always being self-sufficient
- Have a high attention to detail
- Experience of working within a similar role
- Display adherence and professionalism
- Be punctual, reliable and self motivated
- Have good Computer literacy
- Always have a "Can-do" attitude
