We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Workforce Engagement Officer to join our Workforce Project Team at Wythenshawe, Trafford, Withington and Altrincham (WTWA).

You will be proactive and forward thinking, to use your initiate in creating and developing a relevant engagement agenda to suit our ever evolving, diverse, and inclusive workforce here at WTWA.

You will work with a range of colleagues to support the Workforce Project Manager in the successful delivery of the WTWA Workforce Programme with a particular focus on cultivating engagement within our workforce. You will develop and maintain our standard operating procedures, assist in project management, and run reports with elements of data analysis. You will analyse and provide key information to the managers and clinicians to enable them to manage their workforce effectively.
