The key responsibilities of the Workforce Development Officer include:

- Assist with the provision of an effective and credible service
- Ensure divisions and departments staffing levels are in line with the necessary figures
- Coordinate promotion and selection processes
- Communicate effectively across multiple divisions of the organisation
- Provide guidance and administrative support for employees taking exams
- Maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders

**Profile**

The successful Workforce Development Officer should have:

- Knowledge of organisational structure and resourcing policies
- Good organisational skills with the ability to plan and coordinate events
- Extensive experience in HR or administrative environment
- Experience analysing data and preparing management information
- Experience designing and maintaining Excel spreadsheets
