About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workforce Planning Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic workforce plans to meet the demand for mobile radiology services across multiple locations.
The role will play a key part in supporting our business strategy and meeting dynamic and flexible demands, requiring a very dynamic individual who can work proactively and think on their feet.
The role requires a balance between strategic planning and tactical implementation plans, making it an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving and is not afraid of a challenge.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Workforce Planning: Develop and implement workforce strategies to meet operational and clinical demand for radiography services.
- Forecasting and Analytics: Forecast staffing requirements, incorporating seasonal, geographic, and service-level demand variations, and utilize data and analytics to anticipate and address workforce needs.
- Scheduling and Resource Management: Oversee daily and weekly scheduling for radiographers, managing shifts and mobile deployments to various client sites, ensuring that resource allocation aligns with service levels.
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in workforce planning, resource management, or operations within a healthcare or mobile service environment.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic workforce decisions.
- NHS Compliance: Knowledge of NHS compliance, health and safety regulations, and relevant employment laws in the UK healthcare context.
- Competitive Salary: A competitive salary, estimated at £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
