There are two positions available in the Client & Care financial Services.

**The first role** is is an exciting opportunity to gain excellent customer service, admin skills and experience within the Non-Residential Team form part of Client and Carer Financial Services (CCFS). They are a dynamic and exciting team that provide an advice and billing service for non-residential provider services and their service users. The team works in a fast-paced environment carrying out a wide selection of duties such as, inputting financial data onto our systems and providing payment and billing advice to service users, colleagues and practitioners.

This role will provide administrative support to a team of Finance Assistants who update finance records and respond to queries about payments to care providers.

**The second role** is with the Financial Protection Team form part of Client and Carer Financial Services (CCFS). They are a dynamic and exciting team that provide an excellent finance service to vulnerable citizens, helping to manage their, billing and payments.

You will assist and support the Financial Protection team in the provision of expertise and a high-quality financial service to our most vulnerable citizens. Day to day work will be varied and interesting.

In a typical day, the work could consist of:

- contributing to the maintenance of financial records within Financial Protection and the wider team of Client and Carer Finance.
- Running reports and updating records.
- To carry out financial transactions within various systems - this will be updating finance records, identifying and querying missing or inaccurate records and to process data in time for processing deadlines.
- To provide documentation and information with attention to detail
- To carry out data input as required - updating and amending finance records.

To contribute to process improvements or better ways of working.

These roles will lead to a Business Administration Apprenticeship Level 3, lasting 18 months in duration plus 3-6 months end point assessment.
