What will you be doing?
- Daily reporting on the department's monthly performance, and reporting to key stakeholders within the Enrolment Services department where required
- Managing department diaries and enrolment invitations
- Engaging with learners and managers ahead of their enrolment meeting with appropriate guidance to confirm attendance and improve conversions
- Professionally guiding learners through different stages of our enrolment process, and providing an outstanding learner experience throughout
- Building and maintaining trusted relationships with learners, clients, and internal stakeholders
- Supporting the department to achieve their KPI targets by completing enrolment appointments where required
What else is involved?
- Learning the full enrolment process from opportunity generation to enrolment
- Supporting general administration duties across the Enrolment Services, Campaign Management, and Apprentice Recruitment departments
- Having a great attention to detail, and innovating new ways to support in overall quality and conversion
How will you measure your success?
- Adherence to processes specific to sector/client/region
- Meeting monthly KPIs
- Ensuring all reports are accurate and sent in a timely manner

- Experience of working in an admin role is desired, but not required - Experience of working in a target driven environment - An understanding of apprenticeships

- High attention to detail
- Computer literate with experience of Microsoft Office
- Accuracy and ability to follow instruction
- The ability to work within a team to achieve team/department objectives
- Confident and professional telephone manner
**Qualifications required**
GCSEs A-C in Maths, English and ICT are desirable
