Maintains a calm and professional approach; escalates issues as appropriate.

Safeguards own/others health and safety, reports incidents. Is aware of significant developments/priorities within Sirona Work is supervised in line with objectives and competencies, but the postholder is supported to develop, and to become able to work on their own initiative. Policies, procedures, managers, supervisor, mentor and others are available for guidance. Guided to prioritise tasks in order to meet deadlines but demonstrates good time management when undertaking tasks.

May help resolve conflicting diary appointments/schedules, with support and guidance from supervisor. Contributes to the development of information displayed on webpages. Collects and organises post on behalf of the team, with guidance. Expected to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policies to support your role and contribute to ideas for service improvements Completes the Apprenticeship within the agreed timescale, with support from supervisor/mentor.

Maintains records relating to medical devices and/or other equipment, using templates and with guidance. Maintains sufficient stocks of equipment and stationery and places orders as required, with guidance. May be required to transport equipment and stationery and supplies as required. Maintains a range of records and documents (paper/electronic) including databases and spreadsheets; collates and inputs data.

Provides administrative support to the team during meetings, such as note taking, with appropriate guidance. May support with audits and information gathering within own work area including data for performance reporting and situation reports.
