**REED Business Support** are working with a rapidly growing company based in **Central Bristol,** recruiting for an **Apprenticeship Coordinator**on a **full time, permanent** basis.

**Main purpose of role**:
Provide excellent customer service, an efficient coordination of the learner journey and support/coordination services to assist your Manager.

**On offer**:
£21,000 - £25,000 salary

**Duties**:
Ensure that enquiries are acknowledged and dealt with within the required timeframes in a professional and timely manner

Arrange applicant interviews

Liaise with employers over sign-up process and all electronic documents required

Liaise with Apprentices over sign-up process and all documents required including holding onboarding meetings with a cohort of applicants at Senior level

Liaise with Tutors, employers and Apprentices to ensure the accurate completion of Initial assessment (skills scan) documents and feed information into system to ensure the correct writing of the Commitment Statement

Liaise with Apprentices to complete maths and English Initial Assessments, record results and allocate learners to programmes as required

Prepare Commitment Statements for checking, distributing, signing of and recording

Validate and record Employer Insurance and Health and Safety details including necessary re-checks according to RAG rating

Liaise with Online Learning Coordinator to ensure applicants have access to and guidance for relevant virtual learning environments and online spaces

Liaise with Apprenticeships Tutor to ensure applicants and employers have details for first visit and first day of learning

Pre-empt and administer withdrawals and deferrals working closely with Apprentice Tutors and Programme Managers

Manage data and production of reports

Identify programme development ideas and opportunities to ensure outstanding care, outcomes, retention and recommendations

**About you**:
Be reliable, hardworking and professional with proven administrative and customer service-related experience

Possess an excellent customer service manner, both written and spoken

Have the ability to organise, plan and prioritise time and tasks effectively whilst

Work well under pressure with the ability to deal with issues as they arise

Be open to change, actively seeking ways to improve all aspects of the business

Be highly competent using MS Office, experienced with databases would be beneficial

Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail
