**What will the apprentice be doing?**
- To learn to work as part of a team, supporting colleagues to deliver an excellent Administrative service to the department and customers
- To organise work tasks and duties to meet agreed standard

To undertake routine administrative tasks and learn the processes for, and including:

- Record keeping, filing, data input and retrieval
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail
- Preparing routine correspondence
- Photocopying
- Taking telephone messages and dealing with basic telephone enquiries
- To communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in relation to work undertaken
- To work with others to help improve work organisation and effectiveness

- Perform ad hoc tasks as and when required, always bearing in mind TCF and the needs of the business.

**What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?**

The Business Administrator apprenticeship programme is the perfect entry into a professional working environment. It will provide the opportunity to develop knowledge, skills and behaviours that are desirable within any business sector, and will also provide foundation skills that can be developed and built on to progress into supervisory roles. The apprenticeship provides an insight into the business environment and influences on it and will lay the foundation knowledge for success.

- Develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours of successful Business Administrators
- Regular tutorials and assessments from an experienced business professional
- Interactive chat, forums and class note books for real time support and assistance

from experienced business professionals
- Apprentices benefit from our internal qualified End-Point-Assessor to prepare and guide

them through their EPA

**Working week**

Mon - Friday 9-5pm 1 hour break

Total hours per week: 35 hours a week

**Qualifications**
- GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 4/C) desirable
- GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 4/C) desirable

**Things to consider**

DBS check and vetting including credit checks and references essential due to the fact we are a regulated company.

**What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?**

Could develop into a client support role within the business which can be a career in itself of lead to paraplanning or financial planning.

**Salary**: £22,000.00 per year
