**Job Purpose/Key Role**:
To provide administration support between the key account managers in the operations team. Assist in the smooth progression of running the accounts with the aid of the key account manager. Manage workflow and support all staff members to insure a efficient workplace.

**Main Duties/Responsibilities/Accountabilities**:

- Generate Reports and document site risks and method of works for main contractors with the help of the key account manager.
- Invoicing.
- Assist with typing of quotations and general letters in the operations team.
- Generally, assist in the smooth running of the operations department and manage the workflow.

**Person Specification**:
**Qualifications**:Educated as a minimum to GCSE level and/or be able to demonstrate relevant business experience.

**Knowledge**: Demonstrate good knowledge of administration roles.

**Experience**:Have a good understanding of I.T. and customer service. Have confidence in working to key client deadlines and requirements.

**Personal Skills**:Able to work on own initiative and as well as part of a wider team. Able to provide a favourable and professional impression by demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Technical Skills**:Demonstrate an ability to use IT proficiently using Microsoft packages, the internet and management information systems**.**

**This is an apprenticeship position**

**Next Level provide continual support throughout for 14-month programme and help you achieve new life skills, and develop your knowledge in the sector**

**Salary**: From £14,000.00 per year
