**What you’ll do**

As part of the Capacity Planning & Design team you will help Vodafone UK to achieve the best network status though adequate RAN dimensioning, design and network transformation based on strategy inputs. You will have a broad knowledge of all radio access technologies, and a Strong sense of organisation and clarity on priorities. As part of your role, you will be responsible for multiple tasks and projects ensuring adequate capacity dimensioning and transformation of our Radio Access Network nationally.

You will also support wider Networks team functions with current and future innovations to ensure best practise, through reliable traffic growth forecasting, creating demand, moving spectrum where the traffic is, leading new technology introductions into live network.

**Who you are**

Some of your key accountabilities within this role are:

- Driving Network transformation, spectrum re-farming projects and legacy technology shutdown.
- Working with regional consumer and enterprise business units to ensure that customer feedback is taken into consideration when driving capacity upgrade plans.
- Liaising with Vodafone strategy teams to ensure the demand reflects their inputs.
- Ensure Capacity Planning & Design processes are as efficient as possible and utilise best practice from across the Vodafone UK set by Strategy teams.
- Proactively support trials and RAN transformation to provide world class network performance to Vodafone customers nationwide.
