**What will you be doing?**
- Manage the long range planning activities, ensure the viability of demand from each of the respective business units.
- Maintain alignment between business units, identifying conflicts, risks or issues as appropriate
- Manage the impact of change within the portfolio in terms of timescales, cost and quality
- Maintain alignment of the relevant engineering function to ensure teams are right sized to deliver to agreed plans
- Build and maintain data models to monitor and control capacity utilisation

**Who are we looking for?**
- A strong data, reporting and analytics background with an understanding of to identify emerging risks
- Excellent communication skills and confidence to work at all levels within an organisation
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple work streams in parallel where there are tight delivery milestones
- Strong numerical analytical skills, being able to problem solve to pull out key patterns and trends**What We Offer**:
