**What you’ll do**
As Fibre Networks Authority - Design Standards & Solutions you will set, document, and maintain design and delivery standards across Fibre Services. You will drive innovation and new solutions in line with Vodafone strategy as well as process and train others to ensure consistency and daily support to the regional deployment teams.
- You will work closely with Vodafone teams, external suppliers, and stakeholders to provide technical guidance on fibre delivery.
- You will be responsible for defining and documenting the necessary technical and delivery standards to support rollout.
- You will define process and procedures for relevant network deployment.
- You will drive innovation and improvement to existing deployment practices, through automation and digital/technical tools.
- You will provide technical guidance and support on design to the delivery teams to support rollout.
- You will provide technical expertise and knowledge to support major customer order portfolio ensuring smooth customer delivery.
- You will manage the output and quality of supply chain partners to ensure maintenance of consistent high performance.

**Who you are**
- You will have good technical knowledge of fibre networks and deployment processes.
- You will have an understanding of systems used to manage and deliver customer/project orders (e.g. Clarify, ORMT, GIS)
- You will have strong project management skills and the ability to drive through complex tasks with other SMEs.
- You will have a commercial awareness, with the ability to identify cost efficiencies to reduce OPEX/CAPEX spend.
- You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a way that is easy to understand.
- You will either be SC clear or be eligible for SC clearance.**What we offer**
