Hours are flexible, but around 15-20 hours per week would be ideal, with the option to fit around school hours where applicable. Our client’s focus is on offering the highest level of Live in Care services to clients nationwide, with business growth as a priority maintaining the standard of delivery throughout with a great business culture. Building a strong team and developing the business so it can ultimately work without the Owners oversite.

About the role:
If you’re the PA we’re looking for, you will join our dynamic & focused team at their office in Tettenhall Wood one day per week. Where you will work together with the business owner to bring all areas of the business into alignment with the bigger vision and regroup for the week ahead. The rest of your hours will be carried out remotely.

You will be responsible for:

- Schedule Management: Arrange and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring an organized and efficient calendar for the business owner.
- Documentation & Filing: Assist in organizing and maintaining important business documents, contracts, and other paperwork, ensuring easy retrieval and a well-organized filing system
- General Administration: Carry out all required administration duties to ensure all business is dealt with in an efficient and timely manner.
- Travel Arrangements: Plan and coordinate travel logistics, including booking accommodations, transportation, and preparing itineraries for business-related trips.
- Client Liaison: Act as a point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining positive relationships with key clients.
- Meeting Preparation: Prepare materials, reports, and presentations for business meetings, ensuring the business owner is well-prepared and equipped.
- HR support: Assist in recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, new carers and maintaining personnel records.
- Information Research: Conduct research on relevant industry trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities to keep the business owner informed.
- Event Planning: Organize and coordinate events, conferences, or workshops related to the live-in care agency's business objectives.
- Social Media & Advertising Management: Assist in maintaining and updating social media profiles, & Adverts ensuring a positive online and marketing presence for the business.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve day-to-day operational issues efficiently, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Personal Errands: Handle personal tasks and errands to free up the business owner's time for crucial business-related activities.
- Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive business and personal information.
- Adaptability: Be flexible and ready to handle various tasks as per the dynamic needs of the business.

You will benefit from
- Starting Rate of £13.50 per hour with potential for more as the role builds
- Performance Related Bonus, with no caps, the better we do, the more you earn
- Annual Performance Related Bonus of £5,000 for reaching company’s annual goal
- 1 day per week office based but flexible working hours where required
