We are looking for a responsible administrative assistant, to ensure the smooth day to day running of the business. The duties of an administrative assistant include, providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.

The role will include:

- Answering and directing phone calls.
- Organizing and scheduling appointments.
- Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes.
- Developing and maintaining a filing system.
- Updating and maintaining policies and procedures.
- Ordering supplies as well as researching new deals and suppliers.
- Creating delivery notes and inputting new orders, quotes and purchases onto the Clarity administration system.
- Maintaining contact lists.
- Booking transport arrangements.
- Providing general support to visitors.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- experience with Clarity software or similar software would be useful.
- Creating and posting invoices using Sage finance package

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: £9.50-£11.00 per hour
