Due to continued growth we are now looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant to join our well-established admin team.

- Processing completed jobs
- Inputting completed inspections/checks
- Updating the PPM system
- Answering phone calls
- Liaising with clients
- Supporting Contracts Manager
- Facilitate contracts
- Facilitating company fleet requirements
- Goods in and goods out
- Monitor Compliance on Contracts
- Placing orders with suppliers
- Setting up Suppliers
- Informing BDMs of potential quotes
- Raising Purchase Orders
- Dealing with incoming queries
- Liaising with engineers
- Generating reports
- Checking invoices
- Minuting meetings
- Processing laboratory results on water samples
- Being a point of call for a BDM
- Booking hotels
- Completing work in accordance to documented procedures
- SHEQ Support
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £14,605.50-£20,319.00 per year
