As a **Care Worker**, you play a direct role in saving the lives of our patients each day by serving our residents in a safe environment promoting long term recovery. You will partner with the Nursing Supervisor and Executive Director to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment for our residents.
**Requirements**:
- High School Diploma **OR** GED with 4+ years of experience in a human service service setting or working with children
- COVID -19 Vaccination / approved exemption status
**Job Duties**:
- Administer/dispense medication as prescribed by physician.
- Assist in developing and implementing treatment plans by conducting assessments of patient needs, identifying resources, and developing relationships within the patient community.
- Provide direct care to patients during drug/alcohol treatment sessions.
- Prepare patients for treatment sessions by ensuring they are fed, clothed, and under care according to the patient's individual needs.
**Mornings check-out/drop-off/pick-up**:
**Salary**: £10.75-£11.50 per hour
