Care Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at Bluebird Care. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities- Provide personal care duties, including assistance with daily living activities, bathing, and dressing.
- Administer medication to clients as required, ensuring accurate dosing and adherence to medical protocols.
- Manual handling and the use of equipment where necessary to maintain client safety and comfort.
- Promote customer health and wellbeing through regular monitoring and reporting of any changes or concerns.
- Offer companionship and support with daily activities, appointments, and outings.
- Prepare and cook nutritious meals, taking into account client dietary requirements and preferences.
- Assist with shopping and domestic tasks around the home, ensuring a safe and healthy environment.
- Full and valid UK driving license.
- Access to a car or suitable alternative transportation.
- Right to work in the UK, unfortunately, we cannot provide sponsorship.
- No prior experience is necessary, as full training will be provided.
- Excellent level of English communication skills.
- Age 18 or above.
- Competitive hourly rate of £12.48-£14.00 (based on experience).
- PAID travel time at £11.46 per hour.
- PAID mileage.
