Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team in providing high-quality care services to our clients in Andover, Stockbridge, and surrounding areas. As a Care Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients and their families.
Responsibilities
- Delivering personal care duties with dignity and respect
- Administering medication as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Providing companionship and social interaction to our clients
- Assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Supporting clients with mobility issues and providing manual handling assistance
- Engaging in activities and hobbies with clients to promote mental and physical well-being
- Assisting with domestic tasks and household chores
- Working every other weekend or one day per weekend, depending on the client's needs
Requirements
- Full and valid UK driving licence
- Access to a car or vehicle
- Right to work in the UK (we cannot provide sponsorship)
- No experience required, as full training is provided
- Excellent level of English
- To be aged 18 or above
