About the Role:


We're looking for dedicated, caring, friendly people who can help become amazing Care Assistants.


Job Responsibilities:



  • Personalised care, tailored to the customer's needs
  • Promote and ensuring independence dignity
  • Supporting with personal care needs including showering/bathing/dressing/toileting/continence
  • Providing comfort and companionship
  • Assisting with household tasks and meal preparation
  • Assist your customer to access the community, attending appointments, social visits, days out
  • Assist with our customer's medication

Essential Requirements:



  • Caring, Flexible, Adaptable – want to give back and make a real difference
  • Great communication skills – real team player
  • Full UK Driving License and access to your own car
  • Right to work in the UK - UK Passport, UK Birth Certificate, Indefinite Leave or UK Settlement Scheme
  • Satisfactory references
  • Minimum availability to progress is alternate weekends, both the Saturday and Sunday
