**Job overview**:
In addition to supporting our ePR systems the Clinical Systems Support Specialist will work within a team supporting the issuing of smartcards and ID Badges to all staff groups across the trust.

**Main duties of the job**:
You will be highly motivated and have experience of supporting and/or using systems. Knowledge of SystmOne, EMIS and/or Cheshire & Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust would be advantageous.

The role will be based in Elesemere Port but will involve travel across the Trust's footprint. A mixture of working on site and work from home is required for this position.

- Diploma in Higher Education or equivalent Or significant professional experience with a Customer Service / Technical Support setting
- Or significant professional experience with a Customer Service / Technical Support setting

**Experience**:

- Experience of working as a Systems Administrator for a clinical system or similar
- Evidence of writing and implementing operational process / procedures

**Desirable criteria**:

- Experience of working with clinical systems
- Business Continuity Planning

**Knowledge and Expertise**:
**Essential criteria**:

- Excellent knowledge of NHS Clinical Information systems
- Experience of working to and meeting deadlines
- Ability to explain technical information to a non-technical audience
- Ability to run systems reports
- Understanding of data quality issues and relevant audit processes
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel
