We are seeking to appoint an highly motivated individual who would relish the opportunity to practice in the CAMHS Learning Disability Service within LPFT.

We are looking for newly qualified Nurses, Social Worker's, SALTs, OTs or Teachers, who hold a relevant professional registration.

The post holder will also support the transitions between services for children and young people who have a learning disability.

This is a great opportunity for an individual who is looking to develop their skills across the children’s mental health workforce to join an experienced and well-established Multi-Disciplinary Team within LPFT who provide services to children who have a moderate to severe Learning Disability.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who can provide safe and effective interventions with children and young people with mental health needs and learning disabilities.

The CAMHS Learning Disability Team is made up of a range of professional disciplines that includes, Assistant Practitioners, Learning Disability Nurses, Learning Disability Teacher, Social Worker
- working as CAMHS Learning Disability Practitioners, an Occupational Therapist, Highly Specialised Clinical Psychologists, Consultant Psychiatrist, Independent Prescriber.
