Contract Support Administrator

Jordan Environmental is a regional company based in Ingham IP31 with 25 years experience within the water and air hygiene industries, we are currently looking to recruit a new contract support to join our office team.
Contract Support Role - Immediate start available
Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:00 including a 30 minute lunch break.
37.5 Hours per week
No requirement to work overtime or weekends
23 days annual leave allowance & bank holidays.
£22,000 per annum
**Main Responsibilities**
1st point of contact for client and operative queries.
Work with the contract manager to schedule and book in jobs.
Update our scheduling system & CRM with all changes.
Process orders through to invoice stage on our CRM system.
Answer and direct phone calls.
Maintain contact lists and update on to our CRM system.
Record any defects and pass on to the contract manager.
**Experience**
