We have created an additional role in our fun, dynamic team, for someone with the right attitude, to deliver business support with empathy and compassion to our network of pet mad franchisees.
We Love Pets is a leading pet care franchise in the UK. What began as one girl's dream to run an animal business has grown into the biggest and best pet care franchise in the UK. Founder Jo White now works alongside her husband, Ryan White, the Managing Director, to launch more successful branches in other parts of the world.
We Love Pets values family, fun, and animal welfare, and these three things are at the heart of everything they do. They aim to consistently raise the bar of animal welfare through the pet care industry and contribute to every community they have a branch in by providing quality, high-value, and self-regulated pet care services.
Our franchise support administrator will work alongside our Franchise Support Manager to:
- Be the first point of contact for franchisees and deal with questions (ranging from HR, marketing, pricing, pet care to legal) and using the handbook to answer the questions, book onto a training webinar or refer onto a specialist in the team.
- Create and amend documents in Word and Adobe.
- Proofread training course content and content on webpages.
- Provide support to Director of Engagement.
- Attend events and new franchisee training.
This franchise support role would suit someone who has been in a business support, counselling, or HR role previously. Although our franchisees are happy and have the highest satisfaction rates in the industry, there will be times when you are dealing with someone who is stressed, or upset, so people and some conflict skills are a must.
- Great attitude and willingness to be part of a dynamic team.
- Assertive and firm but fair personality.
- Strong communication skills, especially speaking on the phone.
- Skilled at dealing with issues and helping people.
- Excellent attention to detail for proofreading and when producing or updating documents.
The franchise support administrator will be out through a franchise qualification with the British Franchise Association, as well as receive in house training.

To further the mission of high animal welfare standards, We Love Pets co-founded the Pet Care Franchise Association, which collaborates with the biggest and best in the pet franchise industry to improve animal welfare standards. They sit on government boards to help drive positive change.
We Love Pets have launched BOOP Charity to provide young people, particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds, the opportunity to access pet care and animal welfare courses and workshops, with the aim of enhancing the lives of young people and animals through education.
