Home Support Matters is looking for its new face of the business.

Working Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm 37.5 hours per week, based in Beccles but regularly working from Job fairs and Job Centres around Norfolk and Suffolk, your responsibilities will be the complete onboarding employee lifecycle. You will focus on providing outstanding customer service and maintaining many relationships whilst actively managing a busy work stream with multiple tasks and plates to spin.

Strong, high-level administrative based skills are essential for this role, so we are looking for someone who has previous administrative experience in a fast-paced and complex environment.

Duties to Include:

- Create, adapt and advertise job roles on job boards, social media and the company website
- Attend jobs fairs and recruitment days within Norfolk and Suffolk proactively encouraging job seekers to engage with us as a potential employer
- Build and develop relationships as a good employer with job centres/work coaches and other services
- Liase with the training team to ensure induction numbers are communicated
- Analyse recruitment marketing results to refine and improve campaigns
- Complete timely reports on recruitment activity and present recruitment tracker at a weekly meeting with Directors and management in attendance
- Compile staff files with all required documentation for review and checking

**Applicants must have a full driving licence and their own vehicle - mileage is paid at 42p per mile.**

- You will be expected to complete a comprehensive induction and training programme.
