Administrative Assistant (Bookkeeping Experience)

1. **Bookkeeping**: Manage accounts payable and receivable, reconcile bank statements and process invoices.

3. **Data Entry**: Accurately input data into relevant systems and maintain databases with up-to-date information.

4. **Documentation**: Prepare and maintain various documents such as contracts, reports, and correspondence.

5. **Customer Service**: Assist with customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous experience in administrative support roles, with a focus on bookkeeping preferred.
- Proficiency in bookkeeping software (e.g. Xero) and MS Office Suite (especially Excel and Word).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
