This is an exciting and busy opportunity to join one of the top 5 largest banks in the world, in their fast-paced London office. This role requires a strong administrator and someone who is seeking an opportunity to stay in a role for a number of years andto develop within the company.
This role would be joining a team of 5 in the HR Operations team, reporting into the HR Operations Lead, working alongside a HR Administrator, a HR Officer, and a Payroll Specialist. You will also be working closely alongside HR Business Partner's assistingwith employee lifecycle and all ad hoc HR tasks.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Strong administrator
- Hard-working and driven
- Clear communicator both written and verbal
- Keen attention to detail and highly organised
